Employee Engagement

We have extensive experience in running in-depth employee engagement and wellbeing studies that help organisations truly understand how people feel about their workplace, and what needs to change to improve wellbeing, performance and retention. Built on the proven Civil Service People Survey framework, our approach combines robust measurement with practical insight to support better leadership and healthier, more effective organisations.

What we do

We design and deliver bespoke engagement surveys tailored to each organisation, covering topics such as perceptions of leadership, line management, inclusion, learning and development, career prospects, change management and team dynamics. We analyse results at both organisational and team level, using a ‘drivers’ analysis to identify the factors that most influence engagement and retention, so leaders find it easy to write robust, focused and achievable action plans.

We also advise on how you can boost survey participation, help communicate findings clearly to employees, and work with leadership teams on how best to turn insight into action.

Why we do it

Because an engagement survey you can’t act on is worse than no survey at all. When organisations ask people for their views but fail to turn insight into meaningful change, trust is eroded, participation drops, and employees feel unheard. We exist to prevent that. Our approach is built around clarity, prioritisation and action, ensuring leaders can see what truly matters, make informed decisions, and demonstrate to their workforce that feedback is listened to, valued and acted upon. We believe when it is done well, engagement research builds confidence, credibility and momentum for real change.
